“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? (Matthew 6:25-17)
“Don’t worry,” is easy to say. How do you NOT worry? Is it a switch you can just turn on and off? Dr. Randy is here to help!

We’d love to send you the entire teaching, along with Dr. Randy’s teaching on “Growing Through Discipline” when you become a member of the Intentional Living Center. (see below).

Also Appearing on Today’s Program: Tim Kaufman, author, “Singing Hallelujah When You Feel Like Hell”
Everyone struggles with disappointment or discouragement in life at some point in time. But what do you do when it morphs into depression that is arresting and debilitating, perhaps to the point of wanting to take your own life? Author, speaker, song-writer and professional vocalist Tim Kaufman shares his story of how a person who battles depression can find answers to (1) why a person has depression to begin with and (2) how to manage and, for most, to overcome, at least to the point of being “happy enough.” After giving a general overview of depression…the “what, why, and who” of depression, Tim takes the risk of self-exposure and transparency to tell a story he describes as “embarrassing but necessary” if others are going to be helped, especially in the church.
A little bit about Tim…
But Tim is more than a singer…
A graduate of Cedarville University, Tim served as the director of music at Word of Life Fellowship, Inc., with Evangelist Jack Wyrtzen, taught Bible and music for a Christian high school and was an associate pastor at Riverdale Baptist Church of Largo, Maryland.
He has also been a frequent guest on Dr. Charles Stanley’s In Touch television program, Adrian Rogers’ Love Worth Finding television program, and has supplied special music for the NFL’s Washington Redskins and has sung the National Anthem for the NBA’s Washington Wizards as well as the Orlando Magic.
