Intentional Living Fall Sharathon 2024 “Gas Gift Card” Giveaway Contest Rules

The Intentional Living Sharathon Fall 2024 “Gas Gift Card” contest occurs from Saturday, Sept 14, 2024 at 12:00am AZ through Friday, Sept 20, 2024 at 6:00pm AZ.
Participants must state that they are 18 years of age or older when they enter the contest.
Only one entry per person will be allowed.
A person cannot enter on behalf of another person.
A person does not need to give a financial gift or pledge to give a financial gift to enter the contest.
The grand prize is described as follows: a Gas Gift Card.
1. 1. A $1,000 gas gift card.
2. No cash will be given to the winners.
3. There will be one grand prize awarded.
4. The estimated retail value of the grand prize is $1,000.
5. The winner must be available by phone or email to claim the grand prize.
6. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with winning the prize(s) including income taxes.
  1. The winner must complete and return W-9 form within 30 days to receive grand prize.
7. The winner must reside in the continental United States.
8. The grand prize is made possible by our Ministry Champions and is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash and no prize substitution is allowed.

The grand prize will be drawn at random from all eligible entrants on Sept 20, 2024 at 6:01pm AZ.

(“FLCI”) is not responsible for failure of the telephone, email or Internet system causing a contestant to lose the chance to participate.
All entries become the property of FLCI and none will be returned.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
FLCI, whose decision is final, will decide any questions concerning these rules and the administration of the contest.
Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes the Winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in on-air promotional announcements and other promotional FLCI material.
Employees of FLCI and its related ministries, or other entities involved in this promotion and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) are not eligible to enter this contest.
