Amy’s relationship with her brother was bothering her. The distance between them seemed wider than ever. “I realized my need for change when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior,” she said. She wrote a letter of encouragement to him and prayed. She woke up the next morning and heard the Lord explaining to her how to edit the letter. “I did it for a whole month. And then God said, ‘Send it.’ ” Amy and her brother spent two uninterrupted hours on the phone, talking about the letter.
