Asking for Help

Dr. Randy Carlson

You’re having trouble paying the bills. Maybe your electricity has been turned off. Or maybe the leasing company is threatening to take away your car. You face tough choices on where to turn.

When you’ve been knocked down, it’s hard to make decisions alone. That’s why it’s important to fall back on friendships and faith to make it through hard times.

If you’re like others, you might feel uncomfortable asking for help. It makes you squeamish. You want to be self-reliant. You don’t want to burden anyone else. The fear of rejection might also hold you back.

Focusing on ONE THING can help you make the important decisions in your life when it comes to finances and work. If the big picture is overwhelming, look at what ONE THING you can do today that would make the biggest difference? That answer may be to ask friends and family for help.

30-Day Challenge

If you could do ONE THING and know that it would make a significant, lasting, possibly life-changing difference in your life, would you do it? Dr. Carlson shares the power of ONE THING and why you should get started doing your ONE THING today.
